A Safety Culture Built Over Years, Not Months
Managing Director David Field paid tribute to the efforts of his staff and long-term HSE Manager Dave Haliczenko in creating and maintaining a culture of safety to keep ICON’s employees and projects safe.
“This is a great achievement and we’re very proud to have achieved this milestone,” Mr Field said at the time.
An LTI-free record across five and a half years of offshore work isn’t a matter of luck — offshore engineering and installation work carries genuine physical risk, and a sustained record like this reflects consistent HSE leadership, planning, and site discipline over a long period, not a single good year. This kind of safety culture underpins ICON’s HSEQ approach across every project the company runs.
