Woodside Energy engaged ICON Engineering to deliver rig modifications and temporary systems supporting the Minerva Plug and Abandonment campaign on the Transocean Equinox. ICON completed early offshore works during rig transit ahead of contract commencement, then maintained a continuous offshore presence to deliver seafastening, recovery systems and vent pipework across an accelerated six-week schedule. The campaign achieved zero LTIs and zero environmental incidents across 12,500 man-hours, positioning ICON as incumbent for future Otway Basin campaigns.
