International Women’s Day 2023

ICON Engineering marked today’s International Women’s Day (IWD) and a doubling of its number of female employees over the past 12 months with a well-attended lunch that included employees and the Executive Team.

IWD has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people.

"We feel it is important to celebrate women in this male dominated energy workforce and the value we bring not only to ICON but to the oil and gas industry as a whole,” said Head of People and Culture, Mel Simpson.
