ARTP B-Series Back-up Compensated Tension Lift Frame (Rental)
The ARTP B-Series Tension Frame is designed for providing over and under tension protection with automatic back-up heave compensation, to protect the of the completions workover riser/landing string in the event the rig’s drill string compensator locks up / strokes out.
The B-Series tension frame assembly supports the C/WO riser / landing string during operations and facilitates rig-up of coiled tubing / wireline.
The overall tension frame assembly forms the primary structural load path between the rigs top drive and the surface flow tree.
