The alliance provides IK groups' solutions to the Australasian offshore market, through ICON. IK’s specialist products and services focus on Pipe and Pipelines, Subsea and Topsides. The innovative provision of often bespoke solutions to offshore engineering problems is a common and joint skill that led to the alliance. ICON’s local presence and contacts in the GMT+8 time zone and IK’s track record enables ICON to provide IK-Group’s solutions to the Australian and nearby markets with a much quicker response time and a better understanding of the client's problems via face to face contact.

The collaboration is hugely beneficial to the end client when working on fast track deployment of emergency repairs synonymous with IK-Group. ICON and IK-Group have very similar innovative cultures.
