Interface Engineering & Integration

Overview

In-house interface engineering to support integrated delivery.

We manage technical, operational and delivery interfaces. By coordinating interfaces across engineering disciplines, vendors, contractors and offshore execution teams, we help keep design intent and delivery requirements aligned. This reduces fragmentation, improves coordination and lowers execution risk as projects progress. Interface engineering is applied throughout the project lifecycle, from early definition through to execution readiness.

Our Expertise

Managing interfaces early to reduce delivery risk.

We treat interface engineering as a core part of project definition and execution planning, not a downstream coordination task. Interfaces are identified early, clearly defined and actively managed as engineering develops.

Close integration between engineering, project management and execution teams helps ensure interface decisions reflect constructability, installation sequencing, access constraints and operational risk. This reduces late-stage change, simplifies offshore execution and supports safer, more predictable delivery.

This approach is especially important on offshore and brownfields projects, where unmanaged interfaces can have a major impact on cost, schedule and safety.
