Integrated procurement and construction oversight to support predictable delivery.
ICON manages procurement and construction as an integrated part of project management, ensuring schedules, logistics, and inspection and testing requirements meet project-specific needs across offshore and onshore projects where schedule, logistics and execution control are critical.
On procurement, ICON uses the IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems AB) suite to manage commercial operations and material procurement in support of project implementation. Procurement activities are managed digitally, covering RFQs, purchase orders, vendor progress tracking, receipting of goods and services, and invoice authorisation through to payment, covering the entire procurement life cycle.
On construction management, ICON provides construction supervision and management systems to support safe, efficient delivery, including systems completion and handover to commissioning and operations.
