- Installation planning and optimisation: spread selection, sequencing and method development to minimise offshore risk and cost.
- Marine transportation: selection and engineering of transportation vessels, seafastening, grillages and load-out procedures.
- Seafastening and interface engineering: engineered seafastening designs and management of the interface between transportation and installation spreads, where poor planning commonly causes expensive offshore delays.
- HAZID/HAZOP and safety planning: risk identification and safety planning integrated into installation method development.
